Okay, maybe there was a stray terrorist, visiting his mother, in Iraq prior to our invasion. There was no terrorist group presence in Iraw prior to the war. I did support the War initially, when we DID depose a ruthless mass murderer from a position as leader that was dangerous to the world community, and all that jazz. Nowadays, I don't know why we're still there, except the terrorists. I don't think you can say there were no terrorists before American invaded with any conviction, because we weren't there to confirm this fact.
